Transfer of data: With respect to contact and consultation, there will be no transfer of data. In the event of a professional assignment, there may be communication of data to as many Courts and Tribunals, Public Administrations, attorneys, party experts or other professionals who should or should be deemed appropriate to intervene.

Rights: Access, rectify and delete your data, request the portability of these, oppose the treatment and request the limitation of this.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

We will process your data in order to manage the contact you have made or the query you have sent us. If you place a professional order with us, the legitimate purposes of the processing of personal data will be professional, administrative, accounting and tax management, as well as the archiving of the file.

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as they are necessary to manage the contact, consultation or order you make to us. They will also be kept for the time legally required in accordance with current legislation.

Legitimation

The legitimacy of the processing of your data is the consent you give by sending the contact form or the consultation. If the professional assignment occurs, the legitimacy of the treatment will be the contractual relationship established with Eurisa and the fulfillment of the professional and legal obligations arising from it.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

The data derived from the contact and consultation will not be communicated to third parties. In the event that the professional assignment subsequently takes place, the personal data provided by the client may be communicated in the written documents and in the documents attached to them to the Courts and Tribunals or, where appropriate, Public Administrations, for the fulfillment of the assignment entrusted, as well as to solicitors, experts and other professionals who must intervene or it will be convenient for them to intervene.

What are your rights?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we process personal data concerning him/her. The persons concerned have the right to access their personal data and to obtain a copy of the personal data undergoing processing, to update them, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

In certain circumstances provided for in art. 18 RGPD, data subjects may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.

As a consequence of the application of the right to erasure or opposition to the processing of personal data in the online environment, data subjects have the right to be forgotten according to the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Data subjects may object to the processing of their data for marketing purposes, including profiling.
